We ship Monday – Friday, any order placed by 1pm weekdays will usually be shipped the same working day.  However, due to extremely high demand and taking the necessary precautions to follow government guidelines during the COVID-19 pandemic we may take a little longer than normal to fulfil orders.  We will endeavour to ship all orders placed by 1pm weekdays within 24 hours or the next working day.  

All NL orders will be shipped via DPD and will usually take 1 – 3 working days to deliver once shipped, depending on your location.

DPD will update you via email and/or text message with a 1 hour time slot by 11am on the day of delivery.

If you have any queries about your shipment once it is in the DPD network then please contact the dedicated DPD customer service telephone number on 0121 275 0500 and provide the DPD customer service representative with your tracking number.  We are operating at half the capacity due to COVID-19 procedures so please do appreciate that we are limited in resources and that we do need as much help as possible.  DPD have a wonderful customer service team & they have all of the resources to answer your queries and resolve any issues promptly; it may take us a while to get back to you so please contact DPD first, thank you.

Please note; once we have shipped your order you will be notified via email or text message.  Your shipment will not be scanned into the DPD depot until very late in the evening, this is completely normal.

If you’re not in to receive your order on the day, please don’t worry as re-delivery will be attempted the next working day however, you will also be supplied with alternative options in advance such as “leave in a safe place” or “leave with your neighbour”.  However, please note that this is at your own risk and HempHash will not be held financially liable for items which are subsequently lost or stolen if you have requested to “leave with your neighbour” or “in a safe place”.  

All international consignments to selected EU member states will be shipped via DPD International which is a 2 – 5 day service under normal conditions, depending on your location.  Please be conscious that due to current situations with Reference to COVID-19 there may be some delays.  We ask all international clients to firstly check with their local governing authorities before placing an order as HempHash does not accept financial responsibility for customs seizures.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide correct shipping details and select the correct shipping option, Global Cannah (the company) will not be held financially responsible if the consumer/buyer provides an incorrect shipping address/postcode and items are returned to us at a cost or subsequent issues occur or extra shipping costs are incurred. By placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions which are legally binding and agree that no refund with reference to shipping costs will be provided under these circumstances. 

Please note that “DPD Express” is not guaranteed next day delivery and is only an aim. Sometimes there may be delays in shipments due to traffic conditions or situations in an individual DPD depot – Global Cannah will not be held financially responsible for late deliveries due to DPD conditions as listed above – by placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions which are legally binding.
